Lee Clark Runs Up Debt of Over $13k to Another Washington Woman

These debt notes belong to one of several victim's of Lee Clark's in Washington State. In this case, the woman was able to recoup his debt to her after much persistence and legal persuasion.

Ultimately, she succeeded in getting him to repay because they were both living in the same small, mountain community as Lee's grown son, Tom. Tom likely helped pressure Lee to finally repay the loans.

Lee knows that if his children see him being too blatantly abusive or thieving, he won't be able to use them to gain the trust of future victim's. As such, he is careful to preserve their opinion of him and beg their forgiveness whenever possible. They're simply too useful.
